Due to the current COVID-19 situation there may be some delays in the shipping delivery times. Orders may take longer than normal to arrive due to reductions in transportation or restrictions in the country you are ordering from.
CUSTOMS
Orders sent out of the EU will have a customs label attached. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel an order please let me know as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been dispatched I can send you a refund. If it has been dispatched please see the below Returns policy.
RETURNS
If you would like to return your items, please get in touch with me as soon as possible. As long as I receive the goods back in the same condition they were sent and within 30 days I can process a refund or exchange. To return your item, please contact us first. The shipping costs for returns are in the responsibility of the costumer.
